1. Introduction
Welcome to Christmas Lighting Done 4 U. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and our website, and our text message, phone and email communications with you. By using our services or website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Our services
Christmas Lighting Done 4 U provides professionally installed, seasonal LED Christmas lighting for residential and commercial properties, including design, supply of lights, installation, in-season maintenance, takedown after the holidays and off-season storage. The scope, price and schedule for your property are set out in your quote or service agreement.
3. SMS / text message program terms
- Program name: Christmas Lighting Done 4 U Customer Care & Seasonal Offers.
- Program description: recurring marketing and informational text messages from Christmas Lighting Done 4 U, including messages about your quote, appointments, installation, maintenance, takedown, seasonal booking and offers. Messages may be sent by our team or by our AI assistant.
- How you opt in: by ticking the optional consent box on our website form, or by otherwise giving us your express consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can request a quote without opting in.
- Message frequency: message frequency varies.
- Costs: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, email info@christmaslightingdone4u.com or call (980) 983-3354.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number: you confirm you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you will tell us if you change or give up that number.
- Privacy: mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Phone calls, AI assistants and call recording
If you opt in, we may call you at the number you provided about your quote, appointments, seasonal service and offers. Calls and texts may be answered or placed by our team or by an AI assistant, and calls may use automated dialing technology, pre-recorded or artificial voice, or an AI voice. You can ask us to stop calling you at any time, including during a call, and you can ask to speak with a person.
Calls may be recorded, transcribed and monitored for quality, training and record-keeping. If you do not want a call recorded, tell us at the start of the call.
5. Email communications
If you opt in, we may send you marketing and informational emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us. We may still send emails about an active quote, appointment or service.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, including your property address and contact details.
- Give our team safe, clear access to your property for scheduled walk-throughs, installation, maintenance and takedown.
- Pay all fees on time as set out in your quote, service agreement or invoice.
- Tell us promptly about any concern with the installation, maintenance or takedown.
7. Website content and images
Some images on our website are free-licence stock photographs showing examples of professional LED Christmas lighting, and some are AI-generated illustrations. Unless clearly stated otherwise, they are not photographs of installations completed by Christmas Lighting Done 4 U. Website content is provided for general information and does not form part of any quote.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christmas Lighting Done 4 U is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services or website. Our total liability for all claims relating to our services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in question.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christmas Lighting Done 4 U, its owners, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services or website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if not resolved, by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, as detailed in our service agreements.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed, and your continued use of our services or website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
