About The Palisades
The Palisades is a 1,600-acre master-planned community on the Lake Wylie side of southwest Charlotte, built around The Palisades Country Club and its 18-hole Jack Nicklaus course, which follows the natural terrain along the lake.
Homes are spread across a series of smaller neighborhoods on rolling, wooded ground, from golf-course lots to homes near the water.

Rolling terrain and wooded lots mean the display often has to carry across a slope. We plan circuits and cord runs on site and wrap the trees that frame the house so it reads from the street below or above.
For homes near the water or the course, we light the rear elevation too, so the display works from the deck and the view.
